Hotel and travel bookings are made on, and governed by, the third-party partner’s own website and terms. Tripli is not the seller, does not take payment, and is not a party to any booking you make with a partner. Please review the partner’s terms before booking.
Tripli, its AI-generated plans, and any third-party content, prices, and availability are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI plans and third-party prices/availability may be inaccurate or change — always verify details with the provider before you rely on or book them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripli is not liable for third-party services, for inaccuracies in content or prices, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
The Tripli name, design, and content are ours. The trip content you create is yours; you grant us the permissions needed to store and display it back to you.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
